This includes name, email, phone number, and project specifics provided via our inquiry forms, discovery calls, or proposal documents. If our site runs analytics or cookies, that scope is disclosed separately in our Cookie Notice.
Usage Protocol
Your data is used exclusively for communication, project management, and delivering the services you've engaged us for. We never trade or sell your information.
We share data only with the specific third parties required to run your project — for example, payment gateways to process invoices, or hosting/deployment platforms your project runs on. We never leak or hand off your information beyond that without your explicit, written consent.
Retention
We retain project data and communication records for as long as needed to deliver the engagement, plus a limited period afterward for support, warranty, and legal record-keeping. Once that window closes, data tied to a completed project is deleted or anonymized on request — see Your Rights below.
Security Rails
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to ensure your intellectual property remains secure within our systems for the duration of the engagement.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data
- Withdraw consent for data use at any time
- Request erasure of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention needs (e.g. active invoices, signed agreements)
